Thermo Rewriteable

Thermo rewrite technology allows PET smart cards to be thermally printed and erased again and again. It can be reprinted more than 500 times, making it a convenient convention for various card applications.

Thermal

The card reader/writer magnetically reads the card’s balance.
It thermally prints the transaction.
It magnetically updates the card each time the card is inserted.

Each time the card is updated, the reader/writer prints the date, purchase price, and balance.

The card can be written up to 20 times with 20 different transactions in blue or black print.
Trailer messaging is available on the card. This is a great way to advertise to customers!
Information can be transferred from one card to another. After the final use, the information can be transferred to a new card via the card reader/writer.
For added security, each card has a magnetically encoded serial number, so it can be tracked if necessary.
Thermal PET cards have excellent printing quality, are easy to use, and are extremely convenient.

Rewritable Thermal-They're even better!

The card reader/writer magnetically reads the card’s balance.
It thermally prints the transaction.

The reader/writer erases the thermally printed transaction (s) at the next use.

The card reader/writer can erase the previous transaction or the whole card when it's full, so the card can be used again and again. A card can be erased up to 500 times. A card with 20 lines can have as many as 10,000 transactions during its "lifetime"! If a person used the card everyday, they could keep it over 27 years! A customer could buy this card as a gift card. When it depletes its value, the customer could reload its value and give it to another friend as a gift. Durability and reusability define the importance of the PET rewritable smart card.
